General Information 

  • When and where is the 2020 LeadingAge Annual Meeting

    The LeadingAge Annual Meeting will be virutal and will take place over 6 days. Each day will have dedicated exhibitor times for attendees to explore the Business Intelligence Zones on November 10-12 + November 17-19.

  • Where can I find Exhibitor Terms & Conditions?

  • What are the exhibit rates and what is included?

    Member Rate: $2550

    Non-Member Rate: $3050

    Each virtual booth in the zone will be hosted by an exhibiting business firm and it will include:

    • Video player for up to a 10 minute video featuring your content
    • Company logo
    • 75- word company description
    • Up to 3 Resources (PDF’s)
    • Include your website, email, text links and social media links
    • Live chat
    • Ability to book appointments
    • Full attendee mailing list
    • Detailed metrics report of booth activity

  • What Are the Business Intelligence Zones?

    In order to match attendee interest with exhibitor’s products and services, the Annual Meeting platform provides us with individual zones (rooms) themed around a category. Exhibitors will be given the opportunity to select a general category for the Business Intelligence Zone (Virtual BIZ). 

    When an attendee visits your  Virtual BIZ, they have access to featured Member Insight sessions and exhibitors matching their needs or interests.

    The Business Intelligence Zone themes/categories are listed below. The sub-categories are a partial list of the product and service types that will be in these zones:

  • Is there are space for Start Up Companies?

    Companies who qualify as a start-up (less than 2 years old), can a virtual booth in this dedicated zone just for Start-Ups.  Please note: The Start-Up Zone rate is less than the rate for other BIZ Zones and does not include the same benefits as BIZ Zone exhibitors.

    Start Up BIZ Zone Participation Fee: $1595

    • 30 word description
    • Website and social media information
    • Live Chat and ability to book appointment
    • 2 staff host badges

  • How do I register my booth staff?

    Registration for badges will open in August.

  • Can I view/make changes to my Exhibitor Listing on the Annual Meeting website?

  • When will I receive the pre and post show attendee mailing list?

    The Pre Show Attendee list will be sent to all PAID exhibitors in late October. The Post Show Attendee list will be sent to exhibitors in the November Exhibitor Newsletter. You will also be receiving data on the activity in your booth.

    Please note: We do not sell the attendee list nor partner with outside companies to sell or distribute lists. Beware of companies claiming to have and sell the LeadingAge attendee list.

  • How do I make a booth payment or get a copy of my invoice/receipt?

    Online booth payments can be made here. You can also contact Bianca Parker at bparker@leadingage.org to confirm your balance or request a receipt/invoice copy.

  • How do I access the Exhibitor Success Program and the Exhibitor Marketing Toolkit ?

    The 2020 Exhibitor Sucess Program will launch this summer. Watch for updates and your log in to be sent soon.

  • What do I do if I need to cancel my booth?

    In the event you have to cancel your booth space, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Companies who cancel prior to August 1, 2020 are eligible for a full refund, less $250 cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued after August 1, 2020. Cancellation requests should be emailed to sales@leadingage.org.

  • Is there pre-show advertising available?

    Pre-show print advertising is available in the Annual Meeting + Virtual Experience Guide. It is the only print advertinsing opportunity avialbale and the publication will be mailed to over 20,000 industry professionals.

  • Can I use the show logo in my company's marketing messages?

    Exhibitors will have access to a 2020 Exhibitor Show Logo and many other marketing tools in the Exhibitor Marketing Tool Kit. This will be available mid/late summer. Watch for updates in the monthly Exhibitor Newsletter.
