    $15,000 Full Room Participation includes:

  • NEW BENEFIT - 360 Virtual Reality Video Placement!

    LeadingAge is embracing VR in a big way in San Diego. Annual Meeting attendee will be given a
    Cardboard VR Viewer at Registration and will kick off their 360-Degree VR experience at the Opening
    General Session. As a sponsor of the 2019 Showrooms, we will feature your 360 videos (no longer
    than 2 minutes in length) on the VR section of our Conference App. In each showroom, attendees will
    be prompted to use their VR headsets to experience your film. You can also use this as a powerful
    post-conference marketing tool, since your 360 video will remain on the Conference App and the
    highlight section of out AM website for up to 6 months after the conference.
    To participate in this exclusive benefit, you may use an existing 360 film you have already created, or
    you can shoot a new film using a 360 camera. Please contact us for camera equipment
    recommendations if need be. We encourage you to leverage this medium to transport members to
    see residents and clients using your product or service.
