Registration Confirmation

Your registration will be confirmed by email from LeadingAge@Showcare.com within 3 to 5 business days. Please check your junk and/or spam email folder for confirmation prior to contacting the LeadingAge Registrar. If you do not receive email confirmation within two weeks of the date your registration was submitted or you have other registration questions, please email LeadingAge@Showcare.com or call 1-514-228-3159 (or 1-844-840-4669 option 2).

Register by Sept. 15th for Member Discounted Rate.

We accept MasterCard, VISA or American Express only. Please note, checks are not accepted.


Registration Changes

For your convenience, click the Account Access button in your confirmation email to return to your online registration account and make your changes automatically. You may also e-mail us your request at LeadingAge@ShowCare.com. Changes to your registration category cannot be made online and must be emailed to LeadingAge@ShowCare.com. A revised confirmation will be issued.

Not a Member?

Join LeadingAge and enjoy the benefit of member registration rates at the Annual Meeting. You may register at the LeadingAge member rate as long as your membership is current and approved. To request provider membership information, please call 1-844-840-4669  option 5. For business firm membership, please call 1-844-840-4669  option 3.

Registration Cancellations

If you register and then are unable to attend the live virtual event dates, you can retain your registration and access the on demand content later (post event until April 30, 2021, though no CE credit is granted for on demand access).

If you'd rather cancel, please submit all cancellations in writing to LeadingAge@Showcare.com in accordance with the below deadlines. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within one week of sending your cancellation, please contact the LeadingAge Registrar at 514-228-3159 to verify receipt. After the cancellation deadline, refunds may be considered in the event of extenuating circumstances (please submit in writing). Approved refunds will be processed in the name of the original payer. Credit card refunds will be processed 4-6 weeks after the initial request.

Access to the Virtual Event Platform/On-Demand Content

On-demand content will be accessible starting December 1, 2020. After registering, you'll receive an email with your user name and password to access the virtual event platform URL.

Please note that your email and access to the virtual event platform will be activated once you’ve been confirmed. You will automatically receive another email with log in details– at that point you should be able to log in with the email address you registered with (no password needed) at https://www.engagez.net/leadingageannualmeeting. Please email meetings@leadingage.org if after 48 hours, you do not receive the second email with access details to the virtual event website.

Open the event platform on Google Chrome or Firefox internet browsers using your desktop or laptop for the best virtual experience. Do NOT use a cell phone or tablet. Please DO NOT use Internet Explorer or Safari as you will encounter technical issues.

Privacy Policy/Virtual Event Code of Conduct

All who have registered for the Annual Meeting Virtual Experience understand that by attending this event, contact information may be shared with other registrants and will be visible when using the virtual event platform. Registrants will have the ability to make changes to their individual profiles to edit/hide certain information if they choose. We are committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all participants and LeadingAge staff, so encourage all participants to abide by the LeadingAge Event Code of Conduct.

On Demand Content

All registered attendees (who purchased live event access or solely on-demand) will have access to the LeadingAge Annual Meeting Virtual Experience content during the on-demand period starting December 1, 2020 through April 30, 2021. The content is viewable on the platform using your email address for access. This includes keynotes, mission moments and education sessions with the exception of content excluded or limited by presenters. Currently session 46-L is the only excluded session. Brené Brown's content will only be available for the month of December 2020.

Additional registrations will be available for purchase at a discounted rate allowing you to share with your entire team. During the on-demand period, registrants will also be able to continue contacting other attendees, exhibitors and sponsors, visit booths, etc.

Please note: no CE credit is available for content viewed during the on-demand period. If you are registered as Exhibitor Only category, you will have access to the Business Intelligence Zone (BIZ) area only.

CE Credit Policy

CE credits are only available for content presented Nov. 10-12 and Nov. 17-19 and credit can only be granted to those who participate in the full presentation on the scheduled/day and time. Please visit the CE page for more information.
